Black and White 4-Tier Wedding
The wedding was at the Park Hotel, and the colors were black, silver and white. The bottom tier was fruit cake, the 2nd tier was chocolate biscuit cake and the 3rd and 4th cakes were both chocolate cake with crisp mint filling. They were all covered with fondant and I sprayed the entire cake with an edible irridescent pearl spray. I piped dots on two of the layers and then added black ribbons and a black satin underlay. It was lovely.
30th Birthday Surprise
This cake was for a surprise 30th Birthday Party. The lady is a hat designer, so I put one of her designs on the top cake. There were several flavors of cupcakes and the top tier was chocolate with a crisp mint filling.
Toffee Twist
This was a toffee-spice flavored cake filled with sticky toffee center and iced with a creamy spiced buttercream. I need to undo a button now.........
Kinsale 2-Tier Wedding
This was for a small wedding in Kinsale. Cala Lillies in pinky-peach and white. Magnolia-vanilla cake with Orange Blossom filling for the bottom 12" cake, and a fruit cake on top. Best wishes to the happy couple!

40th Birthday Cupcake Tower
Michelle's 40th Birthday Bash. This was a country western theme, and I used red-foil paper cases on all the cupcakes, we put red & white checkered material and rafia around the table. The flavors were chocolate with mint icing, lemon with lemon icing, toffee with toffee filling and vanilla icing and carrot cake with lemon buttercream. It was a fun night from what I can remember!!!
50th Birthday
Margaret's 50th Birthday Cake. She asked for it to reflect all of her interest, which were horses, music, the violin & flowers. This was a maderia cake with rasberry filling.

Anniversary Fruit cake
This was a 50th Anniversary cake. The man and women were made to look like the actual couple, and the dog was because they race greyhounds. They asked for a pint of Guiness next to the gentleman and a basket of vegetables and gardening tools next to the lady.

9-Tier Cupcake Tower
Congratulations to Lawrence & Elaine. These are pictures of their cupcake tower - wedding cake I did for them. The occasion was celebrated in the Fota Island Sheraton in Cork. The theme was butterflys. They had 9 tiers total. 7 tiers of cupcakes & 2 tiers on the top. The cupcakes were 4 different flavors and the top cakes were fruit cake. They also had 5 trays of additional cupcakes that were served! It was hard to resist not eating them myself! I loved the rich orange colours in her theme, and I made mini multi-coloured daiseys that went on top of the cupcakes. Best wishes to the bride and groom.

Kids Buttercream Cakes
These were my kids birthday cakes. They were done in buttercream. One is a castle cake for my 3 year old daughter. The castle cake was a large square cake, and I used ice cream cones covered in edible sparkles for the towers and smarties (M&M's) in pink and purple for the walkway. I piped doors and window onto the sides, as well as grass and little flowers all around the edges. I made flags out of sticky backed craft paper and wooden skewers.
My son was 5 and wanted a Wall-E cake. I ended up making the Wall-E cake just a picture of Wall-E because I couldn't find a good way to make a 3D version that would support his giant eyes! argh! I looked around online, but most people that tried it, it didn't look very good. So I just piped the picture on with a star nozzle. He was delighted with it.
